Upgrading to Pro unlocks order-level gifting, voice notes and checkout extension.

How to Upgrade

1. Open Gift-On in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to the Pricing tab (or click "Upgrade to Pro" on any Pro-gated feature).
3. Click Upgrade to Pro.
4. You’ll be redirected to the Shopify billing page. Review the charge ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) and click Approve.
5. Once approved, all Pro features are immediately available.

After Upgrading

• Pro features are unlocked instantly — no need to restart or reconfigure.
• Features that were previously greyed out (voice notes, order gifting, checkout, etc.) become active.
• Your billing cycle starts from the date of approval.

Downgrading

If you downgrade back to Free:

• Pro features are disabled for new customers (voice notes, order gifting, checkout, etc.).
• Existing orders with Pro features (voice notes, order wraps) are not affected — they remain as-is in Shopify.
• Your settings are saved. If you upgrade again later, everything is restored.
