You may have products that should not offer gift wrapping — such as digital downloads, gift cards, or oversized items. Gift-On lets you exclude specific products.

How to Exclude Products

1. In the Product Gifting tab, scroll to the Product Exclusions section.
2. Search for and select the products you want to exclude.
3. Click Save. The excluded products will not show the gift wrap button on any surface (product page, cart, cart drawer, or checkout).
