Gift wrap button not showing on the product page

Check:

  1. Have you enabled the Gift-On app embed in your theme? Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit Theme → App embeds → toggle Gift-On on. You can verify the embed status on the Gift-On dashboard.
  2. Is the product excluded? Check Product Gifting → Product Exclusions.
  3. Is the product page surface enabled? Check Product Gifting → Storefront Settings → Product detail page toggle.

Gift wrap button not showing in the cart or cart drawer

Check:

  1. Are the cart page / cart drawer toggles enabled in Storefront Settings?
  2. If you use a custom or uncommon theme, Gift-On may not auto-detect your cart structure. Gift-On auto-detects Dawn and Horizon themes. For other themes, try adding custom CSS selectors in the theme editor under Advanced — Custom Theme settings (cart drawer selector, line item selector, and insert target).

Voice note recording not working

Check:

  1. Is voice messaging enabled in Gift Message Settings?
  2. The customer’s browser must support microphone access (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Some older browsers may not support it.
  3. The customer needs to grant microphone permission when the browser prompts.

Gift wrap showing as a separate line item instead of nested

Check:

  1. Is bundle mode enabled? Go to Product Gifting → Bundle Mode and toggle it on. When enabled, gift wrap is grouped under the product in cart and checkout using Shopify's Cart Transform.
